Phillips Extends Domestic Interest In Saskatoon Boast Open

David Phillips beat India's Gaurav Nandrajog 11-9, 11-5, 11-3 in the qualifying finals of the Saskatoon Boast Open to extend domestic interest in the PSA Tour event in Saskatchewan, Canada.
The 26-year-old from Montreal has been drawn to Welshman Rob Sutherland, the No8 seed, in the first round.
Mexico's Eric Galvez, runner-up in last week's Goodlife Open in Ottawa, is the event's top seed and expected to meet Colombia's second seed Miguel Angel Rodriguez in the final.
